if i workout 3 days a week that makes 6 weeks of workout with the last day being monday being the last workout so which week do i deload and how do i do my reps if it 4 weeks/4 days a week i know my reps and sets, and deload week but wat about for 3 days a week

I'm not sure about 5/3/1 (haven't read it yet), but I run 8 week cycles. Week 7 is my deload then my 8th week is my max test week. As far as reps and sets I would keep them the same. I could be wrong though.
