CNS Tap test
Reading strength coach Dan John's book, Never Let Go, and he presents an interesting and easy way to check your CNS each day.
Pick your favorite key on the keyboard and tap it as many times as possible for 10 seconds. If your numbers are down, your CNS is a bit off, and it might not be a bad idea to take a lighter day.
