Chaos and Pain Sucks
Chaos and Pain sucks!

Just kidding boys and girls. Found this link over at IA:

Chaos and Pain write up... - Iron Addicts Forums

Here are soem choice nuggets.

So, the results?

I'm am waaayyyyyy overtrained. He doesn't believe in overtraining. Okay, let's change the nomenclature. My body is "beat the heck up". Too much lifting, too heavy, with no break. My forearms are killing me (which I attribute to this program...and yes, I know, correlation doesn't equal causation but I've ruled out other possibilities. My joints hurt. My appetite is horrible. No amount of sleep is enough. I did hit a deadlift PR, but I'm almost entirely certain that was IN SPITE OF this program, not because of it.

HOLY CRAP! I thought you were just busting **** out of your ass JR! Can't believe someone actually made a program like that!

If young kids follow his routine then they will learn the hard way about overtraining but they will get the main compound lifts down, but is that really worse than following the Anaconda Protocol and buying a thousand dollars of supplements to get jacked?

Plus, I can say "hey, newbie x, I'm much stronger than you, have better genetics than you, and eat twice as much protein as you, and my work capacity is higher than yours, and guess C-R-U-S-H-E-D me. What do you think it will do to you".

That board seems like it's full of slack-jawed phaggots.

C&P is awesome. I don't get how anyone who has tried that style could not like it and have huge gains. Oh, pussies probably don't care for it :thefinger:
