So I go into the calculator and check Lbs and then I enter my weight and lift. Dang, I am one strong so and so. Then reality hits! I have to enter the weight is Kg's, so not so strong! Oh well, back to the gym.

I lived in a vacuum before the Internet, and because i was the strongest guy at the gym, I thought I was something special.

Then I see 22 years olds destroying weights that it took me decades to lift.

that happened to me again today at the gym - Dang those girls were strong and a hundred pounds lighter than me.
