Program looks really good.
Still bodybuilding. I consider most of my routines "powerbuilding" in that they are designed for both muscle and strength. I will still do the bodybuilding thing, but when that's done, I need to crush weight because my time is growing short. I'll be 43 soon.

In addition, the older I get, the more intriguing it becomes to do non-conventional things. All my life I've been told what the specific parameters of training are. Right now I can afford to experiment. I won't lose muscle or strength, so I have nothing to lose. I'm tired of being told what to do. I want to step out on the ledge and try something that sounds completely counter-intuitive.

Thanks. I ran it Friday and loved it. But we'll see if I'm saying the same thing next Friday.

I'm thinking about deloading after 4 to 8 weeks, if I last that long, and then testing my max on squats and deads.

This looks cool, Steve.

Are those zercher -squats- in the rack or zercher -deads- from the floor?

You mentioned that you're going to be 43 soon. Why should that matter? You have PLENTY of time to get stronger. Age is just a number. Just ask Mr. Gaynor.

Thanks Max. I needed to see that. I just fear hitting a wall as I age, or worse yet, I fear injury.

I am doing zerchers from a rack. I couldn't bend down and get under a bar on the floor if someone paid me. Maybe when I hit 220.
