Default I'm Going Fractional

I just purchased fractional plates from Iron Woody's.

Iron Woody Fitness Bands, Woody Bags, Kettlebells, Bumper Plates, Hand Grips, Woody Bands, Bone Crusher Grips

I'm making the jump and trying something new. I figure a pound a week is a strong enough goal since the reps right now are kicking my balls.

Yeah I can't wait to give these a go. I obsess over progression and want to give fractionals a try on my 4 major lifts. I can't stand to workout without making a PR - call it a mental tick.

Sounds good man and ive been thinking about that too, smallest plates i have access to are 1.2 lbs though, gonna give it a try.

You would hate going to the gym with me then! In my bag along with the normal items I also carry a set of bar collars - I hate those spring ones. One day per week, I carry into the gym my Trap Bar.
