I would spray paint that sucker neon green and chain it to the squat rack while you're lifting.

I had thought about "Hot Pink", then the guys would not want to use it - but the Ladies might.

On the topic of fractional plates: I have some large U bolts that I add washer too for the fractional weights I want or need.



These have worked great and they are easy to carry into the gym.

what'd you think of the plates Steve? I'm thinking about getting some soon. Do you think they're really worth the $50? I think they'd really help me while I'm doing Starting Strength

I think they are very worth it, especially if you have a solid progression plan set up to use them.

They are also real good quality.

At some point of certain lifts, adding 5 to 10 pounds a week just doesn't work.

i simply can't add 5 lbs per session to military press and bench, i'm excited for this. I'm leaning towards buying them. Thanks for the input

If you can't afford them SO you can make some home made versions out of washers and wire. But unfortunately if you don't have that stuff lying around the cost can add up quickly.
