I hate when people say that you have to squat, bench, and dead more than once a week to get results. I have been doing each lift for years now once a week and get plenty of results.
Also I hate it when they say that Westside is the only way a powerlifter should train.

There is no reason to be alive, if you cannot do the DEADLIFT!!!
