S: 315x1 (+30lbs)

D: 465x1 (+60lbs)


I'm going to shoot for a 300x1 Squat on Wednesday, and a 200x1 Bench today. Deadlift is pretty much in the sack, as far as I'm concerned.

Did a switch on routines and next week I'll probably hit around a 5 rep max for everything but I think I already hit squat and dl but bench and oh press haven't been moving much

Got my Squat goal; about 25lbs off on my Bench, and I'm going for a 455 Deadlift by the end of August.
