Deadlift from around 340x1(probably more) to 385x1 for a 2.5xbodyweight

Chin up from 50x1 to 77x1 for a 1.5xbodyweight(including bodyweight)

Press from 115x1 to 154x1 for a bodyweight press

I want to do these before returning to school in September.Chin up and deadlift definitely doable should exceed both especially deadlift.Press is gonna be a struggle.

I'm playing a good bit of sport lately so I dunno about weight gain.I guess I gotta stay pretty leanish.

Goal
Bench: 250
