Default I need some help...

With warm weather and a confusing work schedule I am thinking of revamping my training schedule. I usually don't flip-flop around on my w/o's, but missing most due to work and other obligations has made me look into different avenues.

I'm think of a three day a week approach. That way I can easily make up for a missed w/o on the following day, hopefully, and I may be able to focus on some cardio.

So, with the vast resources available here I would be a fool not to utilize them. I'm still wanting a powerlifting base, but would be willing to incorporate the two (power/building). Hell who knows, after reevaluating everything I might just stay with what i got. I am just trying to get some ideas. Thanks guys/gals!

3 days a week approach is a very good way to hit it. Have you looked at 5/3/1 or some of the reg park routines

I don't know to much about going for a 3 day routine but, I think SO runs a pretty good 3 day routine if you ever check his log out.

i'm doing a 3-day full body workout and i love it so far, i dont know what your background is (if you like splits, or fb workouts) but i like it. There's alot of people on here who know alot about full body routines like GLWanabe they should be able to help you more than i can, good luck

I usually train with a West Side template, works great for me. The last few weeks have been hectic, so I'm looking for a different program until things settle at work.

I was thinking this might work...

Monday - Squat...speed deads
Wednesday - bench ...speed bench
Friday - Dead ...Speed squat

Don't know how much you like to deadlift each week but thought I would mentioned that as an option.
