also, i'll add in speed work.

the thing is, my form's so bad on those explosive lifts, i dont get much out of them with the low weight i use

Looks good to me, I think that should definitely help, maybe every 4th week you might want to do a speed day, just 6 singles of lighter weight as fast as you can. It really does help, but just see how you feel after you do this for a while.
