i looked for the power rack that i have which is a weider club 565 but it appears they don't make it anymore. it is solid as hell and has move with me three times in the 10 years i have owned it. i saw a bunch of links for it cheap but they were all dead ends. but like i said check power racks on craigs list.

I agree 100% Thats why I just did 2 smith machines (1 with lat pull down and fly, one could use free bar ) 2 benches (1 with extension and curl )

Db's threw 100lbs, 1000 lbs in plates and assortment of bars.

What I meant by commercial grade was the equipment was all commercial grade.

I'm bad a wording things.

yeah sorry i should have said power rack...i said squat so sorry for the confusion.

power rack is a full cage and you can put your bench in and out of it and has catches for spotters that you can use for rack pulls and shrugs and spotting of course.

its ok, yeah i dont care for machines all that much, and much prefer to stick to a barbell
