a quick bulking meal if you have a sweet tooth and want some calories crumble up 2 hersheys almond chocolate bars in a bowl, And put 5 tbsp. Peanut butter on top. Melt in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir for a minute or two. Let it sit for about 3 minutes. Tastes great. It dont have to sit for 3 minutes i just prefer it that way.

not to be rude, but dont these two quotes contradict each other.

you say not to eat mcdonals pre-workout(because you need protein), but hersheys and peanut butter are better???????

some of this isnt making sense man

READ WHAT YOU SAID AGAIN. i recommended peanut butter and hersheys as a quick way to get in calories. Now the other part about good food was about before a workout. so yes my statement was agreeing with you.

not to be an ass, but its hard to tell what your trying to say half the time man. i did miss read it, but still i dont think its good to recommend a bunch of crappy food to people. another way to gain weight is eat a pizza and follow it with ice cream, but its not the smartest way to go about it.

some of this info is wrong (to my knowledge). the body doesnt primarily use protein as energy when working out.

calm the **** down. its not attacking you.

there's also a bunch of sugar/fat in those combined. not that fats are bad, but i wouldnt put that much fat and that many carbs together in one meal.

the macros of this meal would be terrible..... no i think this is a bad idea.... am i not allowed to disagree with you.

if you are going to present info for noobs, and i feel some of its wrong, im going to step in and add my thoughts as to not have them mis guided

Okay atleast we are on the same page now. your not attacking me its cool. look here man i gained 36 pounds myself a good bit of it was muscle and i was eating these kind of things. Its not all about the healthy stuff while bulking everyone has their bulking choices so i give different ways to do it. the recipe your criticizing is a dirty bulking tactic. It can also be for someone whos on the go and needs quick calories. I mean we all have certain needs some of us are busy the whole day. Ever heard the saying "we gotta do what we gotta do"
