I see no problem with that, but I would suggest trying it after a while. And yes it is an awkward movement but once you get the feel of it, it is a great variation of squat. Very difficult, but very effective.

But I like your theory, and I would say if your back squats start to stall out, throw in some front squats.

Thanks bro. I appreciate all the help from you and the other guys. As you said if i stall out or when im perfecting the back squat i will throw in some front squats

not trying to be rude, but were you serious about the whole squating and DLing 90% of your 1rm for 20 reps?

there is no foking way you could ever DL this (and i cant see myself doing 20 reps with 300....)

No i was talkin 85% squat and 65% deads. your not being rude bro its cool to ask questions. But i have decided im not doing this. Im going with something gl and btb suggested also jwood helped me in picking it out.
