To answer your question: Im gonna renew my gym membership.
I couldn't remember if I had asked you that question. I was worried that you would be at the hands of the weight you have at home.

O no bro i could not progress with 100 pounds of weights. I can do to many reps with that little bit of weight. My 5x5 scheme would get no where with that

Good stuff coop, will you be lifting alone or with a partner?

From my personal experience, I would suggest finding a good partner to help push you and keep you focused. It could also create some competition, this helped me a lot. Just a suggestion.

Good stuff man, I am going to stay on your ass, I think you have great potential.

Have you decided which program exactly you are going to do yet? I know you still have a couple of weeks, just wondering if you had hammered out the details yet.

^ I agree. You have a great passion. Once you get a program nailed down, put blinders on and grind it out and don't look back.

Great choice, but why no front squats?? They are very effective, just my opinion. I like the idea of no wrist work, I never do it either.

Well i figured i would get good at doing the back squat then I would switch up and try some fronts. If you want me to be honest bro It seems like an awkward movement that im not so sure about.
