Default Squatting and flexibility

I've always had less than ample flexibility but ever since I've started trying full squat It's become real obtrusive. It seems like no matter how I try I can't go comfortably passed parrallel...
when I actually manage my body does two things it seems like to counteract the my poor flexibility- my torso bends unnaturally forward (making for an ugly goodmorning/squat hybrids, OR my feet start tippytoeing (which I can imagine is good as well).

What I'm asking here is what's the best way to attack this? Are there any good stretches before hand and/or are there any stances that would make it easier on my legs?

I don't know why there isn't a stickied link to these videos. Probably should even be in the tools section.

The first avenue of attack is to get videos or photos of you squatting so we can take a look at help you make form adjustments. You may be squatting with your legs too close, or without your foot and knee in proper alignment.

There are many form tips and tricks that can help. Can you post a video?
