You are way over 1085 based it on true 1RMs!!

My best is 1005 but, no vids...:(

damn btb, according to the 1rm formula in 5/3/1 you should have about a 1300ib total

I think my current lifts are bench 370, deadlift 500, squat 460. That's probably give or take 10 pounds.

Thanks man. It's been my goal to hit 1400. I'm close. Ultimately I want a 550 deadlift, 500 squat and 400 bench. that's my end game.

wow that's some good sh*t there sir. No vids for me but bench was 335x1, bb shrugs I just did 475x3 last week, squats I did 300x1 last year. I'm over that now but haven't tried to see. I do have a vid floating around here somewhere of shrugs with 405x5. I also did a set of 10 deadlifts with 335 or 365 last year I don't remember. It's that old age to many supplements thing.

Steve! I'm SUPER impressed with your bench and squat form. More specifically the speed and the ROM. You are one strong ox brother! Good stuff, and yeah you're in the wrong thread...hahah!
