Haha that 500x5 was in the bench daddy, forgot to note that hear...i did in my log though...lol

Anyways here is another PR in the bench daddy...405x15 reps...that was pure hell, felt like crap after that set...lmbo

405lbsx15 benching! Thats pretty dam awesome


Todays pb;

600lb/272.5kg deadlift x 2

Finally repped 600lbs



Also today I did a gym total pb (655kg) and squated 500lbs and deadlifted 600lbs in the same day.

1010 Squat. Pr only 6 months after pec reattachment. Puts me just above Brandon Lilly on the all time squat list.

Awesome lift.

Friday got another "comeback" PR of a set of 5 deadlifts with 380. Had at least 1 and a half more, but I'd rather stay true to the technique. Could be the easiest 380x5 I've ever done. I really focused on pushing with my legs Friday.

Yesterday I did 125 5x5 on the press. I'm not sure if that's more than I've done in the past. It's at least a tie of what I did sometime last summer. Best I've done is 145x5.

All done about 10-15 pounds lighter too than before. That's nice.

That's a 40lb PR, all thanks to improvements in form. This equals my best touch and go bench.
