Really proud of my wife right now. In the last few weeks she finally decided to give some real effort to lifting. She's been following a high frequency program I designed for her, and the other day she deadlifted 175! I know, not the most amazing number, except for the fact that she weighs 110.

She's a natural. She'll be pulling 225 by summer time.

Went for 390lb bench and struggled with it. Sit back down to 400lb and got it with ease.
