12 or 24 hour shift? I've avoided CQ so far, which I don't mind at all. I'm rechecking my max for deads tomorrow too, with some chalk this time.

Here's my PR for the day-

Bench press-
225x16

I increased my number of reps with 225 from 12 to 16 purely by training for maximal strength and doing hardly any working sets over 3 reps. It works!

They keep coming! 500lb deadlift. Magic happens with a good bar, bounce plates, and a little chalk! That's a 100lb jump in 2 months. Yeah, I know. Freaking cool, right?

That also takes my total to 1180.
