Nice lifts, Silverback.

Couple decent PR'S this past week. Last Saturday: Press(strict) 130x5.

Squat: 325x4. Deadlift 390x4. Done around 190 lbs bw

I did 275x3 a couple weeks ago then hit 315x1 the next time i did front squats... with 275x5 i should be good for at least a couple more pounds. Lol. I could hit so much more if i could crank my elbows a couple inches higher... i probably could have hit 8-10 if my elbows would stay up...
