Surprisingly floor presses felt strong despits doing them the other day...hmmm...oh well I will take it either way! Thanks much BTB, the scheme you and Fazc worked with me on is really paying off brother! I know you said it isn't really a program but dude...this needs to be formulated into one!

Lots of PRs the last few weeks. My favorites: Squat: 315x5. Dl: 350x9 and 380x5 two weeks prior to the 350.
