KB jerks, after getting the very first ever rep at 20kg with the left arm, on 3rd October earlier this year...


Today:

KB Jerk 2 singles (both arms) with the 20kg KB; more info in my log.

I believe you underestimate your strength... you could have pulled that for a couple reps...

whilst not a massive number to some of you guys i have a new Deadlift PB

150Kgs * 1

its a big milestone for me , i remember when i started deadlifting for the first time earlier this year i said i would love to be able to get up to 150Kgs.....

now that i am there , its not good enough and im setting my eyes on 200kgs...
but hay! thats the name of the game...

Congrats.

You hit a big number during your first year and that's a great sign. It tells me that if you stay at it you'll hit 500 sooner than you think.

i hope you are right Steve - ive been incorporating the pointers you gave me in the form thread and i feel they are helping me lift more weight and more safely!!
