A little dipping fun was had today-

BW+70x3
BW+45x8

Hopefully after some more work I'll be able to strap the 100lb plate between my legs. (feel free to add funny sexual jokes regarding my last statement.)

Great job. Get up to 120-140 and you can strap a woman along while you dip.

Giggity Ended up with some girl from California once, she was in the 170 range, try dipping that I couldn't even bench that weight at the time!
