Been a while since I posted, so here's a few:

Leg press = 965 lbs
Hack Squat = 360 lbs
Leg Extensions = 250 lbs (maxed out machine)

My legs are getting much stronger lately, can't walk after leg day and feel like I'll puke but all in good fun!

Yates Row: 275x5x2

My sister says they were pretty upright...oh well...if the form looked anything like this (which it sounds like it did):

Then I'm cool with that.

Don't worry about being upright. The heavier you get, the more your lower back is strained if you try to keep the bar off the ground. Standing more upright helps.

You can also try Pendlay style...dropping the weight to the ground in between each rep.

In either case...heavy ass weight, and nice work.

Way to go big G!

Did it take you a while to find your bench groove?

No, they were surprised. First attempt at 505 and held the groove. My benching raw is similar to the groove of the shirt. Got lucky I guess.
