25lb PR. Definitely not an easy lift, but I pulled it off.

Squatted 405 for one today. That was a PR. I think I had a few pounds left to add too.

Best meet is 137.5 kg. Have done 140 kg touch and go, but it wasn't this solid, and this pause should be good for competition.

Gidday fellas, Just finished in the gym and hit - squated a single at 180kg, -Benched a Double at 120kg and a single 200kg dead lift. 3 max lifts in one session is my PR. Time for a feed.
