Possibly some PR's here... I honestly can't remember.

Squatted 345x5(Pretty sure it was a PR), 365x3(PR), 385x1. I know 385 is a tie of my old best. It went up pretty easily with regard to the previous two sets. I can definitely lift more weight. Things seem on track for my meet in October...

On Saturday I pressed 140 lbs for 3x5. That's a set and rep PR.

I'm weak, but getting a little stronger each week right now.
