schon is off to a bad start

I started training back in November, barely benching the empty bar, and struggling to deadlift 135.

I just pulled 305x5 and I finally felt like all my effort has been paying off.

Very happy with this lift. I know my form wasn't perfect but it wasn't terrible either imo.


Also the first time I maxed out on a lift.

Over the weekend I hit a PR for squats of 505! My deadlift PR is 495, which is good considering in all the years I've worked out, I didn't do deadlifts until 5 months ago.
