It's been a hell of a ride so far, but it's finally mine.

3pps bench press. To some, nothing. To me, 15 years of wishing, sometimes believing it would never happen. At one point, a lifetime goal. But now. . .I feel like I'm just starting.

How long til 405!?!? Hopefully not another 16 years of training.
