Couple PRs last week. Squatted 500x2. I had some awful side spotters that kept hitting the bar which made it kind of a scary lift, but I was able to do it.

Then strict press: 225x2. I knew I would be able to do one rep, I didn't have any idea I was going to get two.

545 pull from blocks 2" off the ground. That's 30lb more than I've done from the ground, and I totally could have gotten it from the ground.
