Bench Press [Rep PR]: 92.5kg (203.9lbs) x 7, up from 92.5kg (203.9lbs) x 5 last time.

I think that's boosted my approximate 1RM from ~110kg to ~114kg or so.

26kg to go...

Well, it's creeping up...

Hit 105kg (~231.5lbs) for a smooth single today. That's up from 102.5kg (~226lbs).
