Thanks! It was about 2 or 3 months ago. 275 is one of my warmup sets now. I'm sure my progress will eventually stall out on me but, for now, I'm going for every pound I can get, lol.

I actually went back through my logs and looked it up. It was more like about 4 months ago. 6/24/13 was the first time I was able to squat 275. (and that was a difficult single) i was so excited that I made a note in my paper log that I "made the bar my bi*ch". Ah, yes, the old days, lol.

Thanks man! My bench has been coming along nicely, but as it goes up it seems to be killing my shoulder/pec mobility and ruining my squat. I was going to start a Post asking if any other guys are having a similar problem and how they fixed it.

Been using a cheap, no-name, dollar store brand coffee in my pre-workout for a month or so. I was able to switch back to the name brand high octane stuff today and set a workout pr on every compound lift I did today. (bench press, incline bench press, and close grip bench press). Started my bench press work sets at 265 and moved up by 5lbs a set. Got 285x5 on the last set!
