Haha I mentioned that "over there" Still you're moving a huge amount of weight for your BW!! Try coming down a little slower and it might help that bounce. I am pretty new to the paused bench as well and trying to learn.

ya i saw that. i cant feel it when im actually doing the rep but when i watch the video im clearly moving around. i dont know if i would call it a bounce but i also dont know if it would pass in competition.

Nice. You are strong at 145lbs! I like to let the bar sink into my sternum a little bit when I do paused bench presses.
