Bench 370 TnG 350 Comp
Squat 432
Deads 525 gym 518 comp

I am training for the 100% RAW Worlds PLing comp in Vegas, where I hope to total over 1300 @ 220lbs drug free, no wraps, no sleeves, just a belt.

I have been training for powerlifting for approx 1 year. Before that i had spent 8.5 years in the military, so i had done a lot of running, chin ups, pushups and situps.

I have never competed as a BBer but I did train like one for a while, currently I am a competitive powerlifter and for training I use a few different styles including Wendlers 5/3/1, some westside style training and Ed Coan principles.


my goal is to total over 1325 On Oct.3rd
