Young isnt always age, at times it can apply to your lifting age! This is a quality read for most lifters here.

HAHA I was 13!

My client Paul Onied actually wrote that. 815 raw squat at 242, should break 2k raw total at the Arnold. Might be the smartest lifter I have ever coached.
