Default Thanks to Steve Shaw

Just wanted to thank Steve Shaw and the Muscle and Brawn 9 week peaking program. Yes, I adjusted some things but that was the one I followed and I bugged the heck out of Steve numerous times. The first meet was a learning process and I'm on my way to my second on July 15/16th. Also, I'm going to double post my picture. These look better to me than they will to you but I'm glad I have them:
