Default Deload %?

In the past I remember members of the forum discussing what percentage of weight and volume to use for a deload. I can not recall what the general rule is. What do you guys use?

I generally recommend using 60% of current volume, 60% of current weight or both.

JB has me deloading at 65% for my meet prep program, and that is every 3rd week.

Its active recovery. Generally one cuts there weight down to 55-65% of their established 1 Rep Max on there core lifts for one week. It is believed to refresh one's CNS and allow for recuperation from the constant hammering your body takes from training. Well at least thats my take on Deloads.
