Anybody know what kind of wrist straps he used? They like hook around the bar and then around his wrist again. It takes him a second to get them off after the lift, and I've never seen anything like that.

Insane.

I've seen quite a few of the strongest deadlifters dipping those hips on their max attempts. Not so much on rep work though. The Ant does this.

I still think Benni ' s first 460 was the most impressive one I've ever seen, absolutely flew up, and no straps.
