Here is your pro tip for the day!


We as lifters make this stuff much harder than it has to be. The stuff I see on social media drives me nuts. The bottom line is that you pick up heavy stuff and put it down. Recovery is important, and you need to improve weak points to get stronger. Stick with those principles and you will lift for a long time and make steady gains.
