Default Tilted Bar Position Squatting

Does anyone have any experience with this? I have noticed that over the past 6 months or so that when I am back squatting the bar sits unevenly on my back. I am sure that it is centered, and when I am squatting I can't feel a difference, but visually, it seems like things are pretty off. Video shows one of the worst examples of this I have ever had on a pretty awful squat day. Thoughts, advice, and fixes?

Besides the tilt..do you feel it differently on your left hip, knee, ham or quad?

I wouldn't worry about it. A lot of lifters have something: tilt and the bottom of a bench; twisting on the dead; one side hangs lower, and so on.

Your challenge will be to just "x" it out of your mind. If you make any adjustments in your head...then that's where the problems come in.

Training partner does this also. I believe his has to do with thoracic mobility.
