Nice work on the PRs. I'd get some knee sleeves too. Your knees were caving hard on that 3rd squat. I got SBD mediums, they eliminated essentially all my knee cave, and give a good but of pop out of the hole if you get the right size. Approved in all feds for raw lifting I'm pretty sure.

yeah my knees coming has been an issue that ive delt with since ive started squatting. how does the sleeves keep the knees from caving in?

More stability around the joint. I think pointing ur toes out more would help with it as well.

whats crazy is that there were some 165 guys who were high schoolers squating in the 400s and deadlifting 500. and then the guys in the open class were just as scary

side note, jeremy hoornstra was at the meet just spectating and john grudman from monay night football was there watching his son compete
