Default Help! Very Infrequent Training - advice needed

Hey guys, I have recently gotten a new construction and the taxing labor and early hours that come with it have got me changing my training around a lot. Now i can do a quick body weight workout every morning so I've decided to alternate these two:

Circuit
Pullups
Pushups
Jump Squat
Handstand Hold
Leg Raises
Dips

Strength (progression of reps)
Pullups
Pushups
Situps
and possible Pistol Squat

What I need help with is how to include lifting in here somewhere. I've been thinking I could do a full body strength workout on saturdays. Or possibly doing a split of some sort on saturdays and sundays. I'm unsure of how to include recovery time and how to put together a weekend lifting regimen like this. Please help me out guys!

Always appreciate all of your guys' advice and encouragement.

I'd suggest you start off simple with a full body workout on Saturday rather than making a split of Saturday and Sunday. Hope this can help with getting this conversation started

I made some of my best strength gains with one upper and one lower day a week. Doesn't have to be complex.

I was going to suggest something similar to the T-nation article posted above. Do full body both days, just work slightly different planes of motion.

Sat - Front Squat and Bench Press. No assistance

Sun - Clean and Press (or if you dont care for olympic lifts, Row and OHP). Then do what assistance you want. I'd do abs, grip, curl, and trap/neck work. but that's just me. Curls and trap work almost exclusively for aesthetics
