well i've been going pretty hard on my posterior chain for a while now. when i started i was deadlifting or squating 3 times a week.

if it ends up being too much on my posterior chain, could i do speed box squats?

You could do speed squats just keep the weights light and it will not cause too much soreness.

alright cool.

lately i've been doing a shit load of vomume compared to when i was just doint 3 exerercises for 3 sets of 5.

ive been adding in heavy singles after my bench and ive added in light deadlift form work.

i havent experienced anything bad from that, except for a few days my lower back was VERY sore. Thats now gone and i feel pretty good. i think i will keep this up, until it starts to bite me in the ass.
