Articles like that really helps to keep things in perspective.

Not only about how you stand up in an apples to apples comparison, but also that you don't need to have a monster total to compete fairly well at the local level.

Really enjoyed the article; its easy to lose perspective and feel like you aren't very good at lifting compared to a lot of the guys at the top. This definitely was a nice reminder.
