How to know if its a good bumper plate....
http://www.flamanfitness.com/strengt...te-weight.html this one is 17$ for 10lbs website is not updated 1.70lbs
so which out of these i should buy? i will be getting them tuesday. so please leave your comments and suggestion on what should i do? Thanks

Can I ask why bumper plates? The rubber coated are going to be much more expensive than regular olympic iron. Try junkyards and craigslist.

You don't really need bumper plates unless you are doing Olympic lifting. They are too expensive.
Buy cheap Olympic plates. Weight is pretty much weight.
Just understand that some plates may have a slightly smaller diameter, so you will want to measure them to make sure they are close before deadlifting.

If money is the issue, then I agree with everyone else, get normal iron plates. Even new ones will run much cheaper than bumper plates.
