Increasing reps to increase max
I currently bench 375 and 315 or 4-5. I am planning on working 315 or reps Monday and Friday and low rep heavy sets on Wednesday (10x3 or so).
Anyone have any pointers or input?
Plan is to track heavy progress in proportion to reps that can be done with 315.

There are a few write-ups on using a variable rep scheme in the classic physique challenge thread. Also, look up Chet Yorton, and how he used to do high rep sets with big weights.
