Thanks all! Told Steve to set third attempt that I didn't care cause I hit my meet bench PR. He said he only went up a little bit. After I hit it he said "I lied"
Heads shit! Lower back is killing me, probably will try for 405 for opener and possibly stop there. Doing 375 would get me a PR but going for that and then 405 would probably be too rough on me.

Hope the back eases up soon, as for the head, I hope it eases as much as it can...you did it though, awesome stuff all-round

Thanks Babs, really wish my lower back wasn't pumped or feeling hurt. Will do what I can though, like any other day I lift, twice a month
