Default Abdominal Bracing & Breathing .... and a 505x20 squat

For those that don't follow my training log here is a rep squat from last week.

I saw a vid of a monster doing a 405X20 squat last year, and now I see this. Has anyone ever done a 5PPS+X20 squat before? You must be in a class all by yourself.

Very interesting - thanks, mate. Had never really thought beyond what I've often come across, which is more or less, "Take in a gutful of air and brace hard."

And that's an insane 20 repper.
