Women's powerlifting
Yesterday I found this video of my high school classmate. Back in high school (5 years ago) she used to be an extremely skinny girl who did endurance sports.

Apparently she has won the world championship in GPA and GPC and has only been training for 2 years, although she did compete in bodybuilding before that. It kind of makes me feel like I'm just dicking around at the gym when I can't match her strength levels even as a male. Although I guess it doesn't take anything away from me.

What do you think?

Dat raw? I don't even know these things, lol. :p

Besides, she's a big lass - heavier than you, right? And has been training longer than you. And probably with more well-supported training and awesome equipment and stuff.

Also not sure if natty (which is always a possibility, either way, of course).

But I am also not trying to take anything away from the fact that she's a very strong lass as well. :)

edit: If it helps, if that's a raw total, she's kicking my ass too, and I'm heavier than her! :D Oh, and your squats are better than mine, haha. So it goes...

Yeah, I know right? Definitely the first thing that stood out (literally!) to me too. :D That's some big legs alright.

One thing I didn't expect that the first meet I went to was the amount of women who were there. It was probably about 20-25% female and some of the squat and deadlift numbers they had were huge.

Anavar, that's what I think. Whether that's true or not, she is a strong gal and obviously has superior genetics. She has much potential.

She got the legs I always dream of :adore: .

It's cool that so many women are involved in powerlifting, it seems like a sport that is very inclusive which is good considering all the pressures put on women to look a certain way.
